# Sign in

> Sign in to the XForms web app or mobile app.

You can sign in to the web app at [app.xformsweb.com](https://app.xformsweb.com) or in the mobile app. The sign-in screen is the same in both.

## Sign in

**1. Enter your email and password**

Use the email and password for your XForms account.

**2. Turn on Remember Me (optional)**

The **Remember Me** toggle is below the password field.

**3. Tap LOGIN**

The orange **LOGIN** button is below the fields.

The sign-in screen shows the XForms logo, the heading **Login**, the **Email** and **Password** fields, the **Remember Me** toggle, the **LOGIN** button, and a **FORGOT MY PASSWORD** link.

## If you forgot your password

Tap **FORGOT MY PASSWORD**.

## Sign out
